This handmade sponge should be hand washed with light detergent, but it is sturdy enough to go in the wash as well. Some stretching may occur, but it'll just make it more plushy.
TO DISINFECT: Soak sponge until almost saturated. Place on plate. Microwave for 1 minute. Voila!
